We are open & here to help
We are registered as COVID SAFE. Our staff ensure your safety at our practice.
We are happy that we are able to continue providing all of our dental services in accordance with the Level 1 guidelines from the Australian Dental Association.
This means:
✔ We can conduct all regular treatments and services
✘ But we cannot treat anyone who has symptoms relating to Covid-19, anyone who has travelled within the past 14 days or anyone who has been in contact with a person who has symptoms or has travelled in the past 14 days.
✘ We also cannot allow access to our practice to anyone who is not wearing a mask and practicing social distancing measures.
Please contact us immediately for treatment if you have a dental emergency.

Changes to Appointments
✔ Before your appointment
Please contact us first if you have any questions or concerns.
✔ Arriving at our building
Use the hand sanitiser at the elevators before entering the lift.
If two people are in the lift, please take the next one.
✔ Arriving on level 6
Use the hand sanitiser again before, or as you enter, our practice.
Ensure you are wearing a mask or ask our friendly staff for one.
✔ In our waiting room
Upon entering our waiting room, staff may test your temperature using a non-touch infrared temperature detector.
Please keep a social distance of 1.5 metres from all other patients and wear a mask.
✔ During your appointment
(In addition to our existing, thorough procedures of disinfecting)
We will discuss your current health status and your recent travel and social movements before commencing treatment.

Considerations
✔ Please Consider The Following

Contact us to discuss your symptoms or reschedule your appointment for a later date, at least 14 days.
If you have been in contact, or think you have been in contact, with anyone who has COVID-19
Please contact us to postpone your appointment for at least 14 days.
Friends and family
As we are currently enforcing social distancing rules, we may ask friends or family who are attending appointments with our patients to wait downstairs in the foyer. This will only be necessary if we are short on space during appointments.
